BLADE PHOTOS/HERRAL LONG TOLEDO - For 27 years, the vacant spot where a steeple once towered above Toledo has made the city's skyline look something like a smile missing a front tooth. Today, that gap will be filled when a new steeple is scheduled to be hoisted atop the Historic Church of St. Patrick.
