They just aren't listing all the available units on the website. They are a "victim" of the high expectations in downtown Cleveland, where we've come to expect buildings to lease out in a year or less. When the industry generally considers it a great success to lease out in a building in two years. Ironically, I heard that from another Stark rep at a real estate panel discussion last summer. I’d be interested to see whether any lower priced units are not listed.
March 3, 20205 yr There is something in the CPC agenda at bottom of the list that says The Beacon Canopy Signage. Seeing as they finished the signage for the entrance, perhaps this is for the top of the building as shown in renderings? http://planning.city.cleveland.oh.us/designreview/drcagenda/2020/03062020/index.php

Then I realized that my brother lived there and I stayed there multiple times. Ha. When is the last time I-71 turned a profit?
January 27, 20214 yr Based on a new building permit from today, it looks like they may be planning to add a pool to The Beacon.
June 25, 20213 yr Currently a crane in front of the Beacon and the Beacon's social media page is saying "stay tuned for a huge announcement"

July 1, 20222 yr Gazing at the downtown skyline from my seat at Progressive Field earlier this week, it seems like the Beacon could use some signage and/or lighting at the top of the building.

I actually love the horizontal lighting strips they have around the upper midsection. You don't see that very often at all. The lighting that looks bizarre to me is the Hiltons. I'll take it because it adds some flare during the night, it just looks awkward.
