Oh, I didn't think it was a big deal. I was curious as to its specific location. The prestige of a name does help. Saying that X is at Kenwood helps more than say, X is in the West End, for instance.

Luxury senior housing filling up

By Lisa Bernard-Kuhn • [email protected] • March 26, 2010

MADISONVILLE - The first residents of Stratford at Kenwood - the new senior living community that boasts resort-style living - will begin moving in by June.

More than 140 residents have reserved a home in the 215-unit community located less than a mile from the Kenwood Country Club in Madisonville.

It's actually a surprisingly nice looking building, as far as these things go. Much, much better style than, say, the Banks.

This building is terrible.  No imagination, no articulation, cheap materials, and so on.

Is it not real brick? I thought it looked pretty nice from this pic:

Maybe I just have poor taste. :P

Or maybe if I saw a better pic I would agree with you.

This should be in completed projects.

Stucco. All of it. Even the cornice at the top.

terrible name for a terrible building.

And you thought the name couldn't get worse than "The Stratford at Kenwood"!

The units just simply are not selling.
