According to the census the latino population in the Dayton region grew by over 40% since 2000.  The Hispanic Festival is getting better attendance too.    This is put on by PACO, the Puerto Rican & Carribean Association, but it is for all of Latin America.  As you can tell by the crowd shots this is a fairly multi-culti event.

Actually, the majority of the members of "Grupo Fuego" are from Cleveland, Ohio...a few from Detroit, a few from Chicago, and one from Cincy
