Nope. The dust adds to the gritty, rust belt, blue collar feel of Cleveland that people love so much.

Yeah, it really looks great on the lower floors of the Lumen... 🙄

Some shots from this afternoon. I love how Terminal Tower is reflected in the glass! This has been such a fun project to watch, and already it’s hard to imagine those former parking lots here.😱

Random shower thought: when the construction is about to wrap up are these buildings power washed or something to remove all the dust from construction?

They are professionally cleaned inside and out at/near completion.

The windows will be cleaned by window washers throughout the building's life cycle. Same as what happens to damn near every other building.

tell that to the property managers at my building. It'll be news to them 🤣

Hey, I qualified my statement with "damn near" 😆

Gotta say, y'all have some nice cameras! Despite the hazy summer everyone's shots look great. Here's a few cell pics (finally got flickr back up!):

That alley would be amazing if it could be reactivated as a pedestrian only space.

Thank you for this photograph. It points out a huge flaw with regards to The Pavilion's rooftop reflection in the Headquarters Tower.  I hope the rooftop has some great design that will make it interesting to look at. They missed an opportunity to have this accessed by employees as a greened outdoor space to use

Reminds me of the "blue glass" lego pieces back in the day. Dunno why but those always made me happy.

really enjoying looking through all the progress!

question for anyone more familiar w the area, how’s the noise level from construction during the day? i’m considering a move to an apt building that’s nearby. thx!

I live less than six blocks away and I don’t hear a thing, even when I’m on my balcony.

I believe the people enjoying public square and those walking down Euclid were hired actors by @MayDay.   The bee may be a plant as well.  I think I can just make out a pin out in its Thorax, but it could be well hidden.  @MayDayis a seasoned professional.

Thank you, some might say seasoned, others might say marinated but neither is totally inaccurate 🍾🥂💁‍♂️😆

Somethin’ ‘bout that blue glass buzz…it’s CLEAN.

Had jury duty today and walked by the shack. I'm happy to say it looks a little taller than l expected and l think it will have a greater presence on the Square than l had previously thought.

Also the glass is going up very fast -almost keeping up with the steel.

Gotta love how the skyline doesn’t just “end” after the old Justice Center - and hopefully, “they”  decide the new Justice Center will be a single tower - and we get to add one more 600 footer!
Then, of course’s , there’s the Bedrock riverfront….and hopefully, a second SW- related tower to the west of the headquarters.

Snapped this at MLK and Woodland when I hit a red light on my way downtown. Looking forward to seeing more and more of the gap between the Terminal Tower and 200 PS disappear!

I don't mean to start a fight here but man, the skyline lit up at night9 looks way more inviting than if it was in the dark.
