When Superior angles a bit away from downtown (think I90 overpass) it really pops, by the time I got my phone out it was a little too late

Quick count, looks like they have maybe 2 more floors to go on the core tower.

Agreed. Those angles are just beautiful. I gotta bring some cigars and whiskey and sit on those steps along the lake before it gets too cold.

^^ That's a great photo but I cant tell you how much I want to erase the Justice Ctr and put a completed SW in the background. Ahh maybe one day...

This screen grab from the latest SW promo video of their new tower gives us one of our very first looks "out" at the city, from one of the tower's fairly high floors.  It really makes you appreciate just how tall and massive each of those floors really is.  The new skyscraper should really be a huge inducement to bright, young talent considering coming to work in Cleveland for Sherwin-Williams.  Love those windows!

Yes, it did - sections are visible in a few of the photos I posted.

With this latest and last crane jump, I can easily see it from my Lakewood condo. I've lived here for 27 years and this is the first time that I recall seeing a downtown construction crane from my fifth-floor home. I could see the one for Intro in Ohio City, however. The other cranes (Stokes Courthouse, Flats East Bank, Hilton, etc.) were blocked by trees. In fact, when I first moved in here, I couldn't even see downtown as a big tree was in the way. No I didn't cut it down... 🕵️‍♂️

The reflections are magnificent.

@MayDay,  Not sure what "generative AI" means but it seems like it made subtle changes to the Soldiers' & Sailors' monument to reflect that the South won and added another floor to the "shack."   😇

 

Sorry just being silly, but always have been impressed with the quality of your photos whether assisted by artificial means or while sober!

Someone mentioned it earlier this year, in this thread, but I think the SWHQ Tower Crane is the third tallest structure in Cleveland for the moment with the latest crane jump.

Generative AI is basically typing a design command into photoshop etc. and it generates it for you immediately. (Ex. Add an American flag to this building).
