October 26, 20231 yr Ahh… remember the good ol’ days when rents in Cleveland didn’t allow for new construction because the rents weren’t over $2 per sqft? Now they’re over but no financing due to interest rates and inflation. At least we have SHW to admire until the market cools.

November 1, 20231 yr While I was initially disappointed this building isn't taller and the porch facing PS is underwhelming, I really like this tower. It really fills that gap nicely and the reflective glass adds an element that wasn't captured in the renderings.

By letting the pedestrian see them in a completely different way, the reflective glass helps the tower pay homage to all of the historic structures in Public Square, especially Terminal Tower. Its position at the terminus of Euclid Avenue draws your attention as you travel west and really makes a strong visual statement on the Square.
