December 7, 20231 yr Again, Courtesy of JonesDronesCle on Instagram- too good not to share! and the lights aren’t even all the way to the top of the current steel ….
December 7, 20231 yr Can’t wait to see cliffs, courthouse , nucleus site among this one day! And riverfront! Bright future for our city! Cleveland is open for business, come build your HQ Here!!!

December 8, 20231 yr The skyline change is great and all, but stuff like terminating a prominent road are so much more impactful. Looking down Euclid at a large skyscraper signifies a lot more about progress in my mind than looking at the city from afar (although that's great too!).

December 9, 20231 yr It's been a while...Sorry guys it has been one hell of a month. It's getting there!
December 9, 20231 yr Thanks for the update! These have been fantastic to see where we’re at. It’s exciting we still have 50-60ft more to the highest point! Does anyone know if the 36th floor will have outdoor access on that cut out area to the north? It seems like it would otherwise make sense to extend office space to that corner for the views. I believe Key uses the top 2 floors for executive offices/meeting space.
December 9, 20231 yr My wife showed me this very timely Facebook post from Lance Aerial Media of North Ridgeville. I had to share it with you all, just in case you hadn’t already seen it… https://www.facebook.com/share/p/h5hkW5xSmeT3kA8r/?mibextid=K8Wfd2 Some of these guys on the SS Wilfred Sykes freighter may be working on it past Christmas, but they still put a tree up and decorate inside and out. There’s even a Santa up in the Watch Tower @ss_wilfred_sykes Taken last night 12/5/23 on the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland
December 9, 20231 yr Great share, @ArtMasterCLE-And for those who can’t log into Facebook - a couple of gems from Lance Aerials’ page… SW has Downtown looking much more big city!

December 13, 20231 yr From a distance, it looks way shorter than 200 Public Square, but close up, it looks pretty tall. The difference in height between Erie View tower and SW seems like a lot on paper, but it really isn't that much taller. It looks like Erie View would top out just below the last level of steel (which looks higher than all the other levels.
December 13, 20231 yr Front the camera in the Flats that Fox 8 uses for the background image during their newscasts, it is looking quite tall. And it will be a bit taller when completed. Edited December 13, 20231 yr by LibertyBlvd

That front angular piece of curtain wall at the south east face will give SWHQ its final height, but will still be 42 feet shorter than 200 PS.
December 14, 20231 yr Some images from the last few weeks. Floor 30 Floor 25: Really impressive shadow in the morning light.

Atleast it used to be Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk According to the building's Wikipedia page, it's the fourth tallest courthouse in the United States but the reference for that claim just takes you to a random page at SkyscraperPage.com so I'm not sure of the claim's validity. Assuming it actually is the fourth tallest courthouse in the US, that would mean the Franklin County Courthouse in Columbus is at least the third tallest courthouse in the US at 464' tall. Pretty cool that 2 of the top 4 would be in Ohio if true!

December 15, 20231 yr Amazing pics (as usual) today from @MayDay with some really interesting perspectives - a couple thoughts on them - - A number show how well placed HQ2 is to fill the gap between HQ1 and Stokes - A couple show the sheer bulk of HQ1 it could have almost been two smaller floorplate 600 footers or one Supertall. - Scranton Peninsula development looks fantastic - Love the top slope of City Club, which itself adds some nice density to the cityscape. - The pics show the potential for amazing future development along the River And with all the positive changes happening (and so much sunshine in December) - How can you not feel optimistic about this city? December 15, 20231 yr SHW has turned out even better than the pics we saw before construction. And just imagine when lighting is added! It's not just a great looking tower but it's bright glassy facade is such a welcome addition to our mostly beige buildings. It, along with the Hilton is painting Cleveland in a new and very modern light. Cleveland... new AND old school.
