Maybe another developer should get ahold of the land.  Mix it up a bit with everything nationwide builds, it seems a bit repetitive.

Nationwide Realty Investors wrapping work on Arena District apartment complex

 

A new apartment complex in the Arena District is nearing completion.

 

Two Twenty Vine, owned and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors, will soon open at 220 Vine St. The apartments are located between Neil Avenue and Kilbourne Street in the downtown Columbus neighborhood, which features Nationwide Arena, Lower.com Field, Huntington Park and Kemba Live, in addition to restaurants, bars, offices and parks.

 

Two Twenty Vine has 124 apartment flats on five floors. The units are between 740 square feet and 1,670 square feet, and offer one, two and three bedrooms. Amenities include an outdoor pool facing Vine Street and a fitness center. The complex also is pet-friendly and features covered parking in the nearby Kilbourne Garage.

I hate the windows. Otherwise, fantastic looking buildings. They needed to mirror the Smith Bros. building.
