November 27, 200717 yr Where Donald Trump got his start. Those little Tudors in Bond Hill have some character but they're extremely small inside. Probably 1100 sq. ft., if that. Doing something with Swifton Commons would be a step in the right direction.
November 28, 200717 yr ^At least its better than those apartments/pjs that were there before. They were called Hunnington Meadows right?

November 30, 200717 yr Ironically, both thomasbw and UncleRando have advocated Daytonati several times across this forum. That couldn't be further from the truth...I have consistently lambasted the idea of referring to the area as Daytonati in particular, and really any consolidated name. Why? Well the two places aren't merging together as one city...there MSA's are simply being consolidated by Census. Whenever this happens a hyphen is simply added, ie Cincinnati-Dayton Metroplex. Disclaimer...at first I humored the idea when it was discussed. After a while I just got annoyed with any of the name combos. As for thomasbw, I have no idea...nor do I feel like digging through an old thread right now to find and/verify the truth.
November 30, 200717 yr Additionally I took the initiative in inventing the internet in public schools
November 30, 200717 yr Ironically, both thomasbw and UncleRando have advocated Daytonati several times across this forum. The name stays. On a side note...could we all quit using the disgusting 'Daytonnati' term! this was from a eurosprawl thread, but I don't know how to direct link
