Arabica did have a small walk-in space in the City Club. There was a sign on it after Arabica closed which said a noodles joint was coming in January and there were renovations going on before and after Christmas. But no noodles place has opened yet.

It is. There is a sign up for it. Saw it yesterday driving through there.

Cleveland Pickle is having a special pre-opening party this Friday for friends & family to sample the menu.  I'll try & get some pictures.  THey have a facebook page too with some really cool photos of the interior buildout & custom built art featuring the city skyline...

At last nights Downtown Residents Association happy hour I found out there's a rumour going through 668 that they are going condo once K&D completes some of the apartment conversions...sounds like more to come!!

^The units cannot go condo for at least five years after they opened because they were built using federal historic tax credits.

I thought it was seven years?

Either way, it's not going to happen for a while. The renovations weren't completed until 2010 (I even looked back through this thread to be sure!).

It was idle chit chat but from residents of 668.

I thought it was 10 years?  Granted I don't see it happening in this economy.
