December 4, 200717 yr You always stop through Hamtramck, which kinda reminds me of the west side of columbus where I grew up; cheaply made buildings but very dense. The demographics on the other hand are much different.
January 4, 200817 yr It seems like the core of Detroit is doing fine. I'm just curious if there's any possibility of some sort of de-annexation to lessen the city's tax base-infrastructure ratio problem. What are the rules on that?
