Yeah, I apologize if this has been posted anywhere else, but holy crap...

Dance Party Friday on Channel 12

I can't believe that such video was actually aired on television, but that said, hilarious. Truly hilarious. Do check it out.

Don't broadcast stations have to do a certain amount of community interest programing per FCC rules.  If so, I hope this doesn't count.

Well, there goes the notion of Cincinnati being conservative.  The white boy had the lyrics...somewhat, right.

"You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

The great thing is at the end they mention that the boss either doesn't care or hasn't seen it... well, I bet after making it to the front page of fark he or she cares now.

This has either restored or completely extinguished my faith in white people.

I don't see anything wrong with this. Channel 53 in Columbus had a dance party from a club on Roberts Rd. (street cred central) for years. Who remembers Columbus Goes Bananaz, which literally spawned MTV (many on-air personalities from that show and behind-the-scenes people went to MTV when it launched) and featured one of U2's first U.S. appearances? OK, that's a different concept, but still!

^Whaaaa?????

the issue isn't a dance party, the issue is the regretable blurring of news and entertainment

^Hadn't that already occurred, like, 40 years ago?

What is it with heterosexuals insisting on playing the oldest of old songs when it comes to dance music? I'm not asking to hear Seamus Haji, Freemasons or Moto Blanco remixes at a wedding reception but good god almighty - C&C Music Factory?!? At least disco has been off the air long enough to have respectable nostalgia!

I didn't make it through the whole video......

Hey, if C&C Music Factory is good enough for this reporter:

I think they got this idea from WPIX, which is the NYC CW station. They have an on air hottie / 'reporter', Jill Nicolini who does dance party friday's. Maybe this is going to be the CW's "Thing" now.
