February 8, 201015 yr I sort of like tofu (I really liked it in China), but it is not appreciated in my house, so I don't eat it. I think that recipe would work well with tofu. Get the good stuff from the Chinese markets though. BTW tofu really is not good for you. It is heavily processed and bad for the thyroid, but the vegans like it anyway. Kind of like carnivores love bacon.

Kind of like carnivores love bacon. My thyroid is completely toast anyway, so what's to stop me from pigging out on tofu? I don't know of any Chinese markets nearby, but we do have a Vietnamese grocery.
