These photos were taken when I was getting some Columbia Tusculum construction shots on January 9.

On the way home, I stopped by Holy Cross-Immaculata Church in Mount Adams to get a couple of skyline shots.

Excellent stuff!!

(well, except #10)

In #6, the builders had to put in quite an effort to make those houses look so bad!

Seriously, those houses in #6 are horrible.  Those poor homeowners.

#6 would look better if there was more ornamental detail, but it looks just like a huge canvas.

Well, I guess, at least it's mostly brick.

Okay, I guess they're not THAT bad.  I think the problem is their proportions.  They just look awkward.  The long stairs stretching straight out from the door kinda scare me too.

Yeah, they are kind of wide. But I guess there is a market for such large homes.

What is the development pictured in 2?

I threw up a little when I saw those. If only they would put a nice balcony or something on the front it wouldn't be so bad. Something sorta similar to this.

The space just needs to be broken up a little bit.

I'm lovin' the streetscape improvements around the Columbia Square project.
