January 29, 200817 yr Trust me, they live up to the reputation. Seeing them walk through d.a.a.p is like watching a runway show. Im sure Atlas and Randy can verify this lol Not that i'm complaining, most of those girls look amazing. Puh-Leaze. They might appear that way to an untrained eye, but I would be see right thru them!
January 29, 200817 yr Nope it's true...those ladies sure do know how to work it. Being in Fashion Design at DAAP is a hard-core challenge...on top of all the projects/curriculum you essentially have to proove yourself everyday with your fashion/style sense. I am VERY rarely disappointed.

January 31, 200817 yr What do you charge to build websites? I'm good at making graphics, just not the HTML, etc. and I don't know how to host it and all that jazz. It varies. It usually depends on the client and who's funding it...such as a government grant to an organization or just building something for a few people. Right now I'm working one for a research group at my university and getting paid $25/hour (from a government grant again). The most I've ever made off one site was $6,500 . The lowest I've ever made was $300. It seems like a great way to make money while you are in school, but it's a huge pressure that never lets off. The clients really want their websites up as soon as possible and don't quite understand the workload. That's why I try to avoid making them unless the project is really really easy and the pay is excellent.
