Excellent work! Very pretty. The land that time forgot, and such. Not feeling very eloquent today...

I love Pomeroy. Their downtown is quite vibrant, much like Gallipolis', despite the floods that come and go every so often. It's a very dense town as well. It's a shame you didn't make it to see their old school along old US 33 -- it was a really nice building that was recently demolished.

Easily one of the best county seats in the state for its size (it has less than 2,000 people!).

Love those little river towns.  The courthouse is a gem too, with the unusual dome and the double stairs.  Adds a touch of the old riverboat era. 

That public trash can is amazing! haha

 

Seriously, though, cute town :)
