December 11, 200816 yr I know. Its possible they haven't been open long enough to analyze extending the hours. Give him a break..sheesh. It's a f$&kin' burrito, not brain surgery. It's called consumer demand. How in the hell did you get on that high horse?

It's called consumer demand. How in the hell did you get on that high horse? BL, If they haven't been open long enough, how do you analyze "day over day"; "week over week"; month over month", Quarterly - Semiannual and hourly sales, etc. Could there be an operating hours stipulation in their lease? We don't know. There are so many variables. I'm 6'4", the horse isn't to high to reach! ;)
December 12, 200816 yr Could there be an operating hours stipulation in their lease? We don't know. There are so many variables. All I'm saying is that they surely have trends from location to location, as they have different hours for downtown locations from their other locations. Many chains look at hourly sales to determine how late to stay open. Heck, even locally owned businesses do. If they have a steady flow of customers coming through the door right at closing time, I'd say that should be something to look at. As Randy said earlier too, they should be looking at where they're putting businesses. However, I'll extend that notion: not only should they look to see where the greatest flow of patrons will be, but they should also look at how *other businesses* are doing in the same area. I'm sure they do both, but that second factor is important even after they open the store.
December 12, 200816 yr Chipoltle: Chicken Fajita Burrito, Double hot sauce, cheese and sour cream Back in southern cal... carnitas, extra hot sauce!
December 15, 200816 yr If I'm at the Comet, I get the jerked tofu with black beans, rice, monterey jack cheese, the medium salsa and sour cream. If I'm at Chipolte, I get the vegetarian burrito with rice, black beans, green peppers and onions, the tomato salsa, gaucamole, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. If I'm at La Mexicana (the absolute best Mexican joint in town--even if it's in Newport), I get the burrito with pumpkin blossoms, rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, onions and salsa.
December 15, 200816 yr Chipotle - Steak fajita with either hot & mild salsa or Green Tomatillo & Mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Qdoba - Steak queso burrito with mild salsa, black beans, sour cream, cheese.

There chipotle bbq tabasco sauce they have is a must for me too. Baja Fresh and this little dump hole restaurant called Filibertos on mill ave in tempe probably had the best burrito ive ever had
December 15, 200816 yr Qdoba - I only get nachos. Their burritos can't compete with Chipotle. Chipotle - Rice, steak, black beans, corn (medium) salsa, super hot salsa, and sour cream. And I also get chips and guac on the side. And those of you in Cincy - consider yourself lucky that you even have a Chipotle downtown!
