February 7, 200817 yr I don't know how far you're willing to travel but the Sunoco station at 24200 Lakeshore Boulevard in Euclid does great work for great prices. The phone is 216-732-1900. You could catch the 39F back downtown.
February 8, 200817 yr Two places I've used downtown are: Downtown Auto Service 2237 St Clair 621-1984 owner's name is Dick Thomas - he was friendly and didn't recommend all kinds of unnecessary work like certain chain retailers (Midas, etc.) North Coast Auto 3328 St Clair 391-7446 I used them for body work, but they do complete mechanical work as well. Free shuttle service to CSU and downtown. www.terrysnorthcoastauto.com And, my favorite repair shop, not only for their name, but also for quality work: The Lusty Wrench 2120 Lee Road Cleveland Hts www.lustywrench.com They're the highest rated repair facility by Angie's List users. And they claim to be "eco-conscious" FWIW.
