Just after looking at the Montgomery photo series, it is a shock to look at MacArthur.  Not horrible by any means, but looks poor and forgotten.  When is the last time you've seen window air conditioning units in a courthouse?  We used to go there when I was a kid (LONG time ago) and it hasn't changed much, maybe even a bit more forlorn.

But the number of flavors they have over there for shakes can't be beat.

I ate at this diner once. We go to Lake Hope during winters.
