I came across this one on the Comey & Shepherd MyCityLiving website.  I hadn't heard of this one and apparently the proposal is pretty new.

I hadn't seen this either..  Is there an address for this?  I know they are planning on tearing down the housing development west of Taylor Southgate bridge and East of the Licking River for development.  Perhaps this is the development they have planned?

wow nice find.  We need more of these instead of  sprawling sub divisions.

This looks to be a redesign of the building that was announced several years ago to be built in the parking lot next to the big office building on the Newport riverfront just east of Newport-on-the-Levee.  It is about the same size and shape as the old rendering.
