I use a customised content-management-system that interfaces with an extensive MYSQL backend with PHP for my four personal web-sites (see my signature). I've also deployed variants of my system to various sites at the University of Kentucky.

 

Are you just wanting a sortable table that contains city, county and state entries? And more?

Nice site with a lot of good resources.  Although there's a lot of significant cities (and their websites missing) when I went around state to state.
