Although Elmwood Place is a separate municipality, Elmwood serves much just like another neighborhood as it is completely surrounded by the City of Cincinnati (albeit St. Bernard is wedged in there too).

Elmwood certainly has seen better days...

elmwood place needs to be absorbed

^and cleansed.

it's defnitely an odd little orphan.  Given the demographics of the neighborhood, they tried to push a little hispanic fest up there a few summers back....on a green space the size of a small lot....some of the food was actually really good.  I would go over and grab a couple of tacos every saturday.

Looks like another forlorn, nondescript small Ohio town.

Clean the place up and bam, another "Northside."
