July 29, 201410 yr ^Yeah, I'm a little confused. I went to UO on my iPhone, as I do everyday, and it went to the new mobile UO site. I don't want this. I had to scroll down, tap a link and then tap another link to get to the desktop version. This is very inconvenient. How do I get back to the way it was?
July 29, 201410 yr Yeah, it looks nice, but I'd prefer not to have to scroll down. I don't know about everyone else, but unless I am looking for a particular thread, I generally look at the recent forum replies on the homepage. If I see a thread I read I click, if not, I move onto another page. I'd prefer the recent forum replies to just show up when I go, without having to scroll down. Just some constructive criticism, thanks for the efforts!
July 29, 201410 yr I actually like it. Reminds me of tapatalk. I may get rid of that app now becasuse of this new feature.
July 29, 201410 yr Although the mobile site is much better, why would you get rid of an app you already paid for (Tapatalk) which provides an experience superior to that of the mobile site? I used the mobile site for about 5 minutes and, although it's not bad, I already have about 7 reasons that Tapatalk is better.
July 29, 201410 yr The only thing different is the homepage correct? The forum seems exactly the same to me, which is great since it already worked perfectly.

Becasuse I didn't pay for tapatalk, and I'm really not big into forums, other than this one. I just liked the functionality of urban ohio on tapatalk better than the old mobile site.
July 29, 201410 yr I have to say I'm not a big fan of Tapatalk. I feel like I'm looking into UO through the keyhole of a door. I prefer the ability to scan the index page and see which boards have unviewed topics then jumping to whatever catches my fancy at the time. I do see the unread posts section in Tapatalk, but it has all of the unread posts, not just the ones I'm interested in. I'm tired of swiping away all the Cinci posts. Yeah, I said it. I swipe you, Cinci. Unless it's about Graeter's or Skyline...Swipe!!

I've added a link to the bottom of the new mobile site. Click it and from that point on you will always go to the desktop version of UO.
July 29, 201410 yr Technology-wise, mobile websites seem to be in their Geocities era. I can't stand 'em.

January 7, 20178 yr I accidentally hit the Desktop Version button at the bottom of the mobile page and now I can't get back to the mobile version. I can see at the bottom of the desktop screen the "Mobile" option, but ironically on my phone that option is just missing from the bottom of the page. XHTML | RSS | WAP2 are there. Anybody have any idea how I can get my phone back to the Mobile forum?
