Its accurate.  The Ohio cities didn't rank for various reason which I cannot go into.

Look at the criteria for the ranks.  We fail in many of those areas.

I'd say its fairly accurate, but Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis ahead of places like Salt Lake, Denver, and LA doesn't seem right.  Not terribly surprising that the Ohio cities didn't make it, but I don't think its a huge deal.  These rankings are pretty worthless.
