You can take pictues of this important stuff and I get kicked out of the Carnegie West library branch in Cleveland! Crazy.

Nice set!

Thanks.

Why did you get kicked out of library?

^For taking pictures.

Oh, didn't realize that you couldn't take pictures in a library.

Me either, was there a specific reason they gave as to why you cannot take pictures in that particular library?

No, but the guard acted completely perplexed as to why I didn't have a clue that it was off limits.

Whatever, I already had my pics at that point anyway, he was too slow.

My friend got scolded for taking pictures with his phone at The Mansfield Memorial Museum. Apparently some people have done that then posted the pictures online or sold them, giving no money to the museum. My friend continued after he left. :)

Thanks!

These DC threads are making me desperately want to take a trip there.

I'd love to go to DC. The last time I was there, I was maybe 10 or 11 and I wasn't too interested. Now I would love to go back. The buildings are so majestic.. it's almost surreal. That's what I get from the pictures anyway. I LOVE the pictures of the Capital and the Smithsonian Castle.. great set!!

^The Grant Memorial is probably my favorite in the entire city, and typically overlooked.

Well just keep in mind most the pictures in the recent DC threads are from the mall or Northwest DC.  Like most cities the more populous and popular portions of the city are high lighted in film.

An awe-inspiring place, and gorgeous in spring when the cherry trees bloom.

This one is gorgeous...nice stuff.

I really wanted to go up the steps, but they were blocked off and there were guards watching over everyone. :(
