March 1, 200817 yr Definitely has potential. I believe this was the hometown of President Rutherford B. Hayes? It was. I actually like Fremont quite a bit, it just needs a bit of cleaning up. It's a pretty nice town, though, and the Hayes museum is great.
March 1, 200817 yr FYI - There are several images of the Hayes Museum in Urban Ohio's main galleries.
March 2, 200817 yr I like Fremont, especially that flatiron building. I'm a sucker for flatirons. Even in a small town, they always scream "big city atmosphere" to me.
March 16, 200817 yr Interestingly, Fremont has "city routes" that go through town since US 6, US 20, OH 19, and OH 53 run on a bypass around town. (Hey, Indianapolis, are you reading this? You can sign US 31, 36, 40, 52, and 421, as well as IN 37, this way! But I digress!) In most other places these "city routes" would be marked as business routes.
March 25, 200817 yr seems to have a high proportion of tumored refabricated building facades. nice work.
