Does anyone know what ever happened to the deal for Lock 3 in Downtown Akron. It was suppose to have 8 story condos with upscale stores on the first 2 levels with a cineplex and an Aquirum. I only heard a few things about that. Is it still on the drawing board or is it dead?

Ferchill was leading the charge on that project, but as far as I know it's pretty much dead. They may have a new developer by now.

They are suppose to be restoring the remaining buildings around the lock this spring into retail and apartments.
