When Summit Street did his county seat tour of Warren, he ran into some Italian sausage festival downtown. Somehow, just a couple years later, I ended up there on the same weekend. Weird.

It's just the Italian Fest. It's every year in July, if I recall correctly. If you are EVER in Warren, you MUST go to the Original Hot Dog Shoppe downtown on Rt. 422. It's on the west side out past the Mahoning River.

I've never been to Warren. It looks pretty interesting, and the courthouse is grand.

I've only been as far as Niles

The Trumbull County Courthouse is great. 

Warren's courthouse is Top 3 in the state.
