Is the server updating in the afternoon now? My morning access difficulties have now turned into afternoon access difficulties from Case.... Every day, without fail.

 

All the behind the scenes stuff is done around 1-3am.  Our Case users are the only ones that have ever had an issue like this.  I really don't know what the problem could be.

Hmm, I have no idea.  It's so weird.  It doesn't let me access the site from the wireless or wired networks.  And it's always at a consistent time (well, it flip flops between all morning or all afternoon).  I don't get it.......

Have you contacted Case's tech support?  I'd imagine they should be able to figure it out as it seems the problem is on their end.

Yeah, they're, um, not intelligent.  Well, not the people on the phone at least.  It's like Dell tech support.  The people who fix computers are good, but the people who are on the phone are reading scripts.

 

I'll just have to live :(

Try [email protected].  From the website, I see he is the head of Network Engineering and Security.  If you explain the problem clearly to him (and explain that other people from outside the Case network aren't having any problems accessing the site), I would think he would be able to help you or get the right people on it.

Thanks, if I get frustrated one day, maybe I'll try that, lol.  I keep trying to figure out if there are any other sites I can access during those times, but it just seems to be UO.

Digging the functionality of the 2.0.2. Thanks, as always, for your continued hard work.

The only thing I've noticed is that i am able to read the "Premium Member Only" thread. But as far as i know, that was visible before.

 

I know this isn't the request thread, but is it possible to add some new themes? I really prefer to use higher contrast/dark settings as I have to look as this screen all the day and I find it easier on the eyes.

The PMO is just a tread someone created that everyone has access to.  I will look into finding a darker theme.  It seems we always have a request for one.
