Anyway, I moved to Cleveland 3 years ago from out of state and with all the talk of the redevelopment of the flats and the stories from "its heyday". I was wondering if anyone has any old pictures of the parties and "insanity" of the flats back in the 80's and early 90's...Google has been no help...
