So have I and everyone else been doing it wrong all this time or what?  lol

I'm now merciless to the newly-posted yield signs.  :(

Is it just me?

^Huh?  I'm confused.  More details, please.

By the way, construction should be begin in summer of 2010 for the new intersection. Goodbye traffic circle.

Do you have the plans for the new intersection?  I have heard about it but really don't know what the intersection will look like when completed.

Look back at the University Circle thread, I think that they may be in there somewhere. Engineering is in process, so the exact looks of the new intersection may change.

ha, well...i'm glad this topic spurned some responses! :)

so before the nasty yield signs went up i used to be able to cruuiiiisse through the roundabout/circle from MLK (coming from either the north by the tennis courts but it was suggested that you yield to traffic entering from the right/east of E. 105 or when entering the roundabout south by the history museum).  now...you have to yield when entering the roundabout north at the history museum, to oncoming traffic from E. 105 and there's only one lane on MLK there by the history museum/Cancer Survivor's/back entrance of the art museum/jeptha/all that.  plus, apparently some people don't know that yield means *ahem* <i>yield</i> not stop, even when there are no oncoming cars.

makes me think i was doing it wrong all this time!  or did they change it, based on the pending construction?

(i haven't checked out the links yet so if this is explained already, i apologize!)

they changed the traffic pattern to function more as a roundabout should function.  this is interim, though, to my understanding

eh, change :)

thanks for the update!
