June 3, 200817 yr I wonder why they have cleared out land behind Tomb Raider (or whatever it's called now).
June 3, 200817 yr It is called "The Crypt" now, I heard rumors that part of the track was going to go over the pedestrian throughway.
June 3, 200817 yr Well, most of us coaster junkies have are guess ;). *cough* B&M Hypercoaster *cough* I googled B&M Hypercoaster and Kings Island and came upon this site: http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?t=46390

June 3, 200817 yr ^That layout should also add a very interesting dynamic to the train ride...where it looks as though the drop of the first hill will be bottoming out right about where the train makes its bend.
June 3, 200817 yr Sounds like a decent coaster, Chris should we expect more of you in the Cincinnati area for 2009 with the arrival of this coaster? ;)
June 3, 200817 yr No :) "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
June 3, 200817 yr I'm glad to see that Kings Island plans on growing. I was starting to get worried about it there for a while. Cedar Fair seems to do a pretty good job of running things. They bought a local park up here in West Michigan (Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon) and just recently added a coaster there as well. KI has had a pretty good track record with expanding/growing every year. For awhile they did about 2 new attractions and/or major improvements every off season. The years where they did something real big (i.e. Son of Beast) they toned it down a little and just did that project and some general upkeep. The past several off seasons didn't produce a slew of new attractions, but rather significant upgrades to the park that were needed. There was also the major rework/expansion of the water park a few years back that wasn't as noticeable since it wasn't a regular ride/attraction, but I believed it helped KI considerably with stabilizing its draw. This same thing happened with the major upgrades/improvements to the kids/family area (Nickelodeon Universe or whatever it's called now).
June 3, 200817 yr **cough** Mustang **cough** As I have heard on the grapevine... haven't worked for the park since 2004.
