Who knows.  I'm still upset Pier East closed.  Their weekend brunches were legendary.

Awesome set, MTS.  I've always loved those Belgian Village homes on Fairhill.  Any sense of the pricepoint of them?

Yeah, they are beautiful.  I wonder why they didn't built out up to coventry.  I know part of the land is apart of the lake district, but the developor the city still hold rights.

IIRC, those places range between 550k-800k

Now you kids know why I love and pimp my neighborhood so much!

I know we all like to give you a hard time about it but Shaker Sq is one of Cleveland's coolest hoods!

When I first moved to Cleveland, I lived in Shaker Square (Larchmere and E 127th, specifically).  The Square was my first exposure to a real-live urban environment, and convinced me that I should become a planner.  How's that for an endorsement?

*puts that in a pipe, and smokes it*

thanks ya lil whippersnapper!

Hmmm, Saturday morning on Shaker Square?  Did you forget to photograph the main attraction at that time?
