did you know ohio is almost entirely zone 6 for plants, except for a thin micro climate strip along lake erie running east from vermilion which is zone 7 (the portsmouth area is too)?

Let's start planting some palm trees in Cleveland

Although many Clevelanders often have to move elsewhere we always miss Cleveland and want it to succeed. Even the likes of Jake and Logan Paul who are living the dream in the private Dorado enclave of Puerto Rico. Noted this nugget in this story ahead of Jake's fight with Mike Tyson.  They couldn't be worse owners than Jimmy?

...Beyond that, he wants to own an NFL team — just not his hometown team. “The Browns have a curse — so then I end up drifting to the Chiefs. Travis Kelce, he’s from Cleveland, so I’m a fan,” he says.

World champion. NFL owner. None of this “YouTuber” stuff. Then, finally, no one will call Jake Paul a joke ever again.

Or at least that’s the plan...

The interior atrium pics shows what can be done to the old SW when vacated. Just as was done to May Company to bring light into the interior large floor plates.

That's a pretty encouraging stat and display to build on. Now it needs to get out there to the youth and employers.  I saw a JobsOhio commercial below during either the baseball games or college football yesterda...Top reason to move to Ohio.  It is ok and uses C-Bus locales starting with the opening shot of the Short North and downtown C-bus.  Love C-bus but we need to get JobsOhio to do one with the spicier Cleveland flavor.

I'm actually kind of shocked/skeptical on this and don't know how they calculate it. No cities in upstate NY? Cincinnati beats out both Chicago and Milwaukee? Every city on the list seems like a great place to be, but hard for me to believe that's actually the top 10.

Upstate NY is high on the lake effect snow target list, which gets worse each year as the lakes are no longer freezing over...

Dude, I have done this like a dozen times for friends when I bring them to Cleveland. Its an impressive way to see the city and you really can hit most of the good stuff.

Just a couple of photos from Bar 32 last night.

Getting into the ring with Mike Tyson is likely too intimidating for most boxing fans, but high rollers looking to get closer to the action than ever before can do so by spending $2 million for ringside apron seats to his Nov. 15 fight with Jake Paul.

Roller skating was a good way to meet a member of the opposite sex. My future parents met at Skateland on Euclid. Are there any roller rinks left in NE Ohio?

United Skates of America is still going strong in Wickliffe after many, many years.
