I already have half of my 17yo's stuff packed for next year.

I've seen quite a few units and it's great to see in Cleveland.  However, the building is a little too modern for my tastes.  The lobby and halls are pretty sterile.  Great workout room.  Nice outdoor area off main lobby but the pink pavers probably weren't the best color choice.  The units on the west side of the sixth floor have the best terraces in Cleveland... very large, offering an outdoor living room.  Not sure why those units didn't go faster... other than potential for views to be blocked down road, who knows?

Just wondering, what are psf construction costs (minus land) running these days for Class A and B office bldgs in trhe Cleveland area.

can anyone comment on how this building is to live in (from living or visiting)?

 

does it get hot or cold with the windows?  or does the glass wall reflect enough heat out? 

 

also how does the parking and outside elevator work out?

I have only visited in the summer. they (the developer) had just put some kind of film on the windows, I presume to reflect some sunlight. living in a glass house myself,  summer is the the most expensive month for utility costs. my north facing neighbors say winter is. The unit I was in was beautiful, but I did care for the hallways. As far as the elevators, there are  a couple in the interior of the building as well as the glass one on lakeside

i don't think he ever officially lived there.  there were rumors that he was taking one of the penthouses.   now he may have bought one, but i'm pretty sure he isn't in the building.

 

as of now, i think he still has a place at Quay 55, a place in Sharon Center in Medina County, and is building his new house in Bath.

This isn't a smart ass response, but have you checked the website?  They kept a listed of sold units.  IIRC, there were only a few lower units available and a few penthouses.

i don't think MTS' comment was meant as a dig.  they do have a nice website.

the sign on their building says that they have 9 units left.  i believe that these are new / never finished units.

 

there are probably a couple of other units that are for sale on the resale market, but my understanding is that the building is mostly sold.

Great project...these units look gorgeous.  If only I had that kind of money.  :|
