I've heard good things about valentina's in the old arcade.  and I belive there is one in the colonial arcade as well (Helen's Tailors) I think.

do they do straight up tailoring though?  I was going to mention them but I thought they were just custom apparel.  i.e. you have to buy their clothes, not bring in something you own to get altered...
