April 12, 20232 yr Spaghetti Warehouse boss on its big move, balancing future and past, the trolley Just because Spaghetti Warehouse is moving forward, doesn’t mean the restaurant won’t look back. The long-time Columbus restaurant is relocating from the 30,000-square-foot building it’s occupied at 397 W. Broad St. for the past 45 years to a 6,000-square-foot space overlooking Columbus Commons at 150 S. High St. It’s a big move – not just in size, but also in concept. Spaghetti Warehouse is changing, said President Ron Reynolds – forced by a damaged roof that closed the original space for the past year and because food and service trends aren’t the same today. “There’s nothing like a good catalyst for change,” he said of the roof damage. “But we were already thinking about some of these issues.” More below: https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2023/04/12/spaghetti-warehouse-boss-on-its-big-move-balancin.html "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

My mother-in-law lives in a three story unit, which is really space efficient, and overlooks a rather nice marsh that I much prefer to the usual grass-lined retaining pond. June 2, 20232 yr Spaghetti Warehouse asks for feedback on its new 'trolley' The elephant in the Spaghetti Warehouse’s room is actually a trolley. And the historic Columbus restaurant is ready to talk about it. The restaurant’s upcoming move to a new location downtown means a cut from 30,000 square feet to 6,000. One of the sacrifices in that relocation is the restaurant's iconic trolley car dining space, which was never going to fit inside the Columbus Commons spot. Spaghetti Warehouse President Ron Reynolds said moving the signature piece would be “slim to impossible."
