Whit's Frozen Custard opens newest Central Ohio scoop shop

A Central Ohio-founded frozen treat brand is growing locally.

Whit’s Frozen Custard opened at 910 Stoutsville Pike in Circleville over the weekend. The location is franchised by Dom and Lisa Russo and Tony and Lora Rowe.

The site, which includes a drive-thru window, is across from the Pickaway County Fairgrounds and is close to both Circleville High School and Ohio Christian University.
