Posted July 22, 200816 yr It's been awhile since I have posted but I have been taking a lot on the North Side of Youngstown, so I thought I would share some. Again, quite a bit of fixing up is needed but loads of potential.
July 22, 200816 yr Beautiful shots...but I recommend finding flickr or something to post photos with. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
July 22, 200816 yr These are both wonderful and sad -- grand houses with lots of potential, and a standing testimonial Youngstown's lost industrial wealth that hasn't been replaced by any alternate economic engine. Thanks for showing these.

July 22, 200816 yr Great pictures! So many times, people tend to focus only on the grand mansions on 5th Ave, and not on these great upper-middle class homes that are also on the north side. Thank you!
July 22, 200816 yr Very nice homes. Man, if I had bigtime investment dollars, I'd give places like this an MTS TLC makeover!
July 22, 200816 yr Nice! I recognize a lot of these as being in between Crandall Park and Wick Park west of Logan Ave.
July 22, 200816 yr Well I just wanted to try the whole photobucket thing to post pictures. So I put some more up from the neighborhood. Again awesome potential with all of these houses and the neighborhood in general. The neighborhood is centered around the large Wick Park with Crandall Park to the North and is extremely affordable for such a historically and architecturally interesting neighborhood.
July 23, 200816 yr Is this house on Fairgreen? If it is, I was seriously considering buying it when it was for sale a year or so ago. But I decided it wasn't close enough to amenities. (like a grocery store) If I remember right, it sold for less than $20k.
July 23, 200816 yr I think it may be on the Western End of Fairgreen. I believe a great deal of those houses go for considerably less than 20K.
