August 30, 200816 yr Its easy to say that when you're middle or upper middle class. We're talking about a prime spot in Manhattan where a rich person has all the amenities that allows them to spend what they have in a short distance. If you have that kind of money, you might as well splurge. My relative in the NBA bought a REHAB house in Zanesville after his 3 million dollar contract. After the 50 million dollar contract it was much different.
