CLEVELAND, Ohio — Miceli Dairy Products will break ground Thursday on a $12 million cold storage expansion.

The Cleveland-based cheese manufacturer said its new facility will create 50 new jobs and help revitalize Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodland neighborhood.
