September 18, 200816 yr When I was living in Brook Park, I think they had a siren there that would go off whenever a storm was headed their way. Not sure if it's still in use/existence.

October 21, 200816 yr Cincinnati has dozens of those Youngstown has more than just this one. It's just the only one I've seen. For some reason, they test them every Saturday at noon, and I can hear 2 or three of them from my house.
