Posted September 18, 200816 yr Got nothing to do Friday, if gas is ok I am thinking about heading up to Columbus on Friday to get away from here and do some exploring. Do any of the skyscrapers have observation decks like how the Carew Tower in Cincinnati does? If so, any idea where I can find the hours of operation?

September 18, 200816 yr Rhodes Tower: http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php?topic=350.0 Nationwide has a glass elevator on the side you can take to the top although there is no deck that I know of at the top. Last I was there it was a restaurant.
September 18, 200816 yr ^Thanks! Got nothing to do Friday, if gas is ok I am thinking about heading up to Columbus on Friday to get away from here and do some exploring. Do any of the skyscrapers have observation decks like how the Carew Tower in Cincinnati does? If so, any idea where I can find the hours of operation? Google search perhaps? Most businesses have websites. I tried Google searching however all I could find was some info on the Rhodes Tower that seemed really out of date.
September 18, 200816 yr Nationwide is closed. No glass elevator. Rhodes is free, 8am-4:30pm. Just walk in, hang a left into the elevator area, take it to the 41st floor, and bam. There's a "secret window" when you get out of the elevator and you'll get the only view of LeVeque and west.
