Posted September 23, 200816 yr With all of the Cincinnati-related threads in the past... two days, I hope that mine isn't adding more onto the awesomeness of the past week  We need more UrbanOhio'ers to live in... other parts of the state! I've been adding photographs to UrbanUp for a while, but more are coming. 1 City Home: This 22-unit single-family home development along the 1400 block of Pleasant Street includes the restoration of the corner property at 14th and Race. 2 3 4 Good Fellows Hall: Good Fellows Hall at 1306 Main Street is a five loft condominium development, with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000's to $400,000. 5 6 7 Trideca Lofts: Trideca Lofts is located at 1232 Vine, or at the corner of 13th and Vine, and includes nine loft condominiums. 8 9 10 11 12 Trinity Flats 13 Unknown development 14 A view of the 1300 block of Main Street. 15 A view of a derelict property at Clay and 14th. 16 Riverfront Transit Center: The Riverfront Transit Center remains mostly unused, catering only to tourist lines. Although it was funded with public monies, the public is not allowed to see this seemingly pork-barrel project. 17 18 Downtown Cincinnati 19 20 Streetcar Proposal: Various agencies are starting to advertise to clients that their selected property will be on the future streetcar alignment. More coming in a bit, keep watching this thread!

September 23, 200816 yr The Trideca lofts are fantastic! Those properties at the corner of 14th and Clay definitely have Gateway Quarter potential.

September 23, 200816 yr 27 Demolition is progressing on the houses along Ledgewood and Dana for the Hoff Academic Quad. That's my house! This house was owned by my grandparents and my dad grew up in it. My dad bought it from my grandma after she moved out and then later sold it to my brother who eventually sold it to Xavier. I lived there for 6 years while attending UC. The even shittier part is that (according to family lore), my grandparents bought that house after selling their other house to Xavier to be torn down for Bellermine Chapel to be built. Xavier tried since my grandma lived there to buy that house, probably close to 20 years ago now.
September 23, 200816 yr Nice! Love those night shots. I discovered my camera is quite noisy at night so I don't take many night shots. :-(
September 24, 200816 yr Boy, you are getting pretty close to my style, back off! ;) Great shots as usual!
