October 21, 200816 yr My friend went there over the weekend -- they were hosting a large meet -- and they were still doing the grading. I believe he mentioned it would be layered in asphalt.
October 23, 200816 yr Asphalt, definitely. There are few, if any, permanent concrete road courses in the world.
