Posted November 2, 200816 yr German Village's less attractive, but still reasonably good-looking brother. Schumacher Place doesn't have as much brick (what neighborhood does?) and has it's own charm. MAP
November 2, 200816 yr never heard of that moniker, but its a very nice area. good to highlight something a little more obscure. i wasn't quite sure exactly where it was, until you showed planks (i always liked that place).
November 2, 200816 yr Gotta love all of those 2-story, brick rowhouses in Cbus. Glad to see you're able to get your pictures to post again.
November 2, 200816 yr I can't resize them so they're smaller, but whatever. The Schumacher Place Civic Association has a map of the area.
November 3, 200816 yr Great pics Columbusite. You do a good job of representing for Columbus. We don't get enough love around here. Gotta love all of those 2-story, brick rowhouses in Cbus. Glad to see you're able to get your pictures to post again. I don't and lets be honest, you don't either after being spoiled by Cincinnati. Columbus' rowhouses are bland and ideally they should be brought to the sidewalk. However, Columbus has some of the best brick Victorians around that even Hyde Park wishes it had. I'm glad they're preserved and they are nice, but the rowhouses definitely aren't close to being the best. :|
November 3, 200816 yr Excellent tour! "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
