November 6, 200816 yr Great set, both parts; I've never seen the Kent State campus, and I really enjoyed this set. The fall colors are beautiful, and the campus has an interesting mix of architecture with some very nicely laid-out areas. Thanks for posting these.

November 6, 200816 yr 52. The storm earlier this semester knocked down the tree that used to be here  Unfortunately UC lost a couple of 100+ year old trees in that storm/hurricane that came through. Another great set of pics though. I especially liked the romanticism of #66.
November 6, 200816 yr Thanks for the great tour and the memories/flashbacks. Front campus was always my favorite part of campus to walk around in. It was the most neglected part, so had the most character. I remember doing almost the same thing you did one Saturday afternoon. I was walking around Front campus taking pictures. I walked through all the old buildings that were open, too. At the time, Franklin hall hadn't been renovated yet, and was the most original of all the buildings. (it even had the original restroom fixtures)
November 6, 200816 yr Thank goodness for Engleman and Cartwright, the rest of the campus isn't my cup of tea. Nice set.
November 6, 200816 yr I still can't stand looking at the Starbucks where Brady's used to be. Brady's had so much more character and live music. Just sad. My wife spent some time working at Logos, where Campus book and supply is now and we used to walk over to Brady's after she got off work most nights. Ah, good old memories.
November 6, 200816 yr Stopher and Johnson look like they took some architectural cues from the new stuff being build in the South/Southwest!
