...or urban historical geogrpahy.  This categorydoesn't fit any of the subforums very well, for posting graphics, maps, etc or discussions around the history/historical geography subject.

 

What is the appropriate UO forum for historical discussions, &/or posts that are image intensive, but with maps and graphics and perhaps historical portraits and scenes?

actually I wasn't really sugessting a subforum, just an what existing forum I could default to for these kind of posts.

Maybe a mapping/geography subforum like that could also be used to discuss GIS mapping and analysis if there is interest.

I've always heard of Cincinnati being the city if 7 hills; is that true - I suppose that "foothills" as I remember rather steep hills - remember, I left at age 13 (going on 21 - in mind) in 1955.

 

Has anyone a map or illustration of the 7 hills?
