The chamber said Monday its directors became the first such group to support unanimously the Northeast Ohio Mayors & City Managers Association's ''Regional Economic Revenue Study'' to help spark economic growth. The study is designed to allow the region's 16 counties to share land use, infrastructure planning and revenue to help attract economic development. .......
